IMPORTANT NOTE: Please include a recording with the following script:

"This is [your first name] with the Advocate Center and I’m calling about the Philips sleep apnea breathing machine settlements. You submitted your information online because you experienced health complications after using one of their recalled machines.

What you do to pursue a settlement is hire a law firm on a contingency basis . . . meaning you don’t pay anything up front or out of pocket, and you owe nothing until a settlement is obtained.

And, if no settlement is obtained, you owe nothing. And, you don’t have to go to court either. But based upon your situation, I think you have a valid case."
