JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, IT-minded individual to serve as a Super User - Vantaca and play a critical role in enhancing our systems and processes. This individual will be responsible for improving and creating action items within Vantaca, assisting with system changes (including user and portfolio updates), and acting as a liaison between our various external software partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for improving technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

? Serve as the primary Super User - Vantaca support, helping to optimize system performance and functionality.

? Create and improve action items within Vantaca to ensure smoother workflows.

? Assist in managing system changes such as updates to user accounts and portfolios.

? Coordinate with external software partners and act as the main point of contact between them and internal teams.

? Collaborate with the team at Stan AI to enhance AI functionality, and assist with training future bots.

? Work closely with Sparta to help develop and improve Microsoft integrations including dashboards and Power BI reports.

? Troubleshoot and provide support for Vantaca-related issues.

? Provide guidance and training to internal users to ensure effective use of the system.

? Assist with ongoing improvements to our technology stack to drive efficiency across teams.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

Experience working with Vantaca or similar platforms.

Strong technical background and understanding of managing software systems.

Implementing systems to internal teams, assisting with integration set up.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external software providers.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to learn and improve systems.

Willing to work full time 40 hours a week following US timezone



Preferred Software Knowledge:

Vantaca

Experience with AI systems and/or Power BI is a plus.
