What You Will Do

Keep the engine running. You are in charge of everything tech. When something breaks at 2am, you're the one who wakes up and fixes it (rare, but it happens).

Be the first responder. Phishing attempt? You lock it down, trace the damage, reset credentials, and brief the team on what happened. Vendor API breaks? You diagnose it, work with their support team, and get us back online. You solve problems.

Build things with AI. When someone on the team says "I wish we had a tool that does __________," you sit down and build a working version that afternoon. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you vibe code, test, and ship a functional internal tool.

Make smart technology decisions. You evaluate new technologies. You are learning, always, constantly, every day.

You will report directly to the president of the firm.

You will own all the problems and be the hero when you solve them.
