Technology Assistant for Coassemble Course Creation

US Insurance agency seeking a remote virtual assistant to join our team. We are located in the central time zone and would require someone willing to work our business hours (PHP graveyard shift.)

Prior independent insurance experience would be helpful but not necessary. Open to Part time, full time or gig.

Looking for a VA to help me build an online training program using Coassemble for my insurance agency. This will be our new hire onboarding and training program.

VA would be responsible for:
- Screen recording multiple videos using Loom (videos on outside training platforms so they can be combined into 1 platform)
- Downloading videos from teachable
- Using chatgpt to write content for course
- Using Process and Procedure manual (if needed) for references to create training materials
- Create end of section quizzes

Training content subjects will include
- Applications/ Acord forms
- Endorsements
- Cancellations/Reinstatements
- Sending Certificates
- Weekly Reports
- Uploading documents to customer files
- Updating Nowcerts, AgencyZoom, Google Drive
- Adding notes/quotes to NowCerts agency management system
- Email management

Hiring Process & Must Haves
- Will require video interviews
- Must submit NBI background clearance check documents
- Must be fluent in English both reading, speaking, and writing
- Must have dedicated hi speed internet service with backup connection
- Must own your own computer with at least Windows 10 and 2 monitors
- Must have voice chat ability for interview and during work hours
