Technical Project Manager (Dev Background) -- Excellent salary & performance based bonuses

We’re a fast-moving digital venture company that rebuilds/reverse engineers high-performing online businesses. From IQ tests to SaaS tools, we spot proven models, rebuild/copy fast, and launch better versions with unique features and design.

We’re looking for a technical project manager who has a development background to help lead our devs, manage timelines, and launch multiple projects in parallel.

? Your Role:
• Translate validated business models into clear product plans
• Break down scope into dev-friendly tasks using ClickUp
• Own deadlines, unblock devs, and track velocity
• Communicate with developers and founders
• Push MVPs out fast, polish in sprints, and prep for launch

?? You Should Know:
• JavaScript/React/Next.js/Tailwind (you don’t have to code, but you can)
• Stripe, Supabase, Firebase, or Cloudflare
• Vercel, serverless functions, APIs, etc.
• MVP/Lean Startup methods

???? Projects You’ll Oversee:
• IQ Test platform with subscription paywall
• AI-based digital product businesses
• M&A business with high ticket coaching platform
• Copycat MVPs of proven online tools

???? Requirements:
• 4+ years of PM experience (ideally in startups or SaaS)
• Developer background (mid-level or higher)
• Experience managing remote teams (1–5 devs)
• Can write task specs and read GitHub issues
• Available full-time (50 hrs/week)
