Technical Virtual Assistant (Email Marketing Implementer)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Virtual Assistant (Implementer) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, executing marketing strategies, managing technical setups, and ensuring flawless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up and schedule email campaigns across multiple client accounts
• Format email content, insert images, and configure links within email marketing platforms
• Build and implement automated email flows based on established blueprints (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, etc.)
• Create and configure website pop-ups with specific triggers and targeting rules
• Perform thorough QA testing before campaign deployment, including checking links, formatting, responsiveness, and accuracy
• Extract campaign performance metrics and update reporting dashboards and tracking sheets
• Manage subscriber lists, imports/exports, segmentation, tagging, and data cleanup
• Support the team with various technical and administrative tasks related to email marketing operations

Requirements
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality assurance mindset
• Experience working with Shopify or WooCommerce is a significant advantage
• Previous experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, or similar is preferred
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, spreadsheets, and data management
• Strong written English skills
• Reliable, organized, and capable of following processes with minimal supervision
