OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for scraping leads/building lead lists, and helping with ad hoc tasks.
Experience or knowledge in/on web3 is preferred.
WHAT ARE THE RESULTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Execution (Key Inputs):
- Scraping data using
- Setting up and monitoring Google Analytics for clients
- Setting up and monitoring automations inside of Make and Zapier
- Scraping data from LinkedIn Sales Navigator using Client Scraper and our own Scraping Tool
- Using tools like Instant Data Scraper or Parsehub to extract information from websites
- Removing duplicates from the lead lists
- Cleaning the lead lists using tools like Neverbounce or
- Formatting company names in the lead lists
- Co-operating with the team using our Project Management tool - Notion

1. Execution of Daily Tasks: Complete all tasks outlined in the Standard Work Checklist (SWCL) accurately and on time every day.

1. Timeliness: All daily tasks should be completed and communicated before the deadline.
2. Data Quality: There should be less than 5% errors or inaccuracies in the scraped and cleaned lead lists.
3. Formatting Accuracy: 100% of company names in lead lists should be correctly formatted.
4. Communication: Respond to all communications within 4 working hours.
