Technical Support Specialist - Remote

We are seeking a full-time, remote Technical Support Specialist with expertise in business applications, tech support, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to work with our internal team. Exposure to Google Workspace, JavaScript, and/or Python is considered a plus. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver, proficient in providing tech support, and capable of preparing reports related to data cleaning. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for business applications and software.
Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
Develop and maintain Excel or Google Workspace tools for data analysis and reporting.
Utilize Python and JavaScript for scripting and automation tasks (optional, but advantageous).
Perform data scraping and data extraction as needed.
Interface with internal clients, handle escalations to vendors, and prepare reports involving data analysis and cleanup.
