We are seeking a Technical Specialist with expert knowledge of the Brilliant Directories platform to join our team on a part-time basis, 5-15hrs/week.

Role Overview:

The Technical Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the independents.win site to ensure peak performance and user satisfaction.

This position requires a deep understanding of the Brilliant Directories platform, as the primary responsibilities include site optimization, minor custom programming, and seamless integration with third-party solutions, such as our mobile app development project.


Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary expert on the Brilliant Directories platform, ensuring the site is fully optimized and functional.
Collaborate closely with our content publishing manager and .win product manager to align site functionality with our strategic goals.
Integrate and coordinate with third-party agencies, especially in relation to the mobile app development project, to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.
Conduct regular site audits and implement improvements to enhance performance, user experience, and security.
Provide technical support and solutions for site-related challenges, working closely with the team to ensure content and product offerings are presented effectively.
Adapt to varying workloads, with an estimated commitment of 5-15 hours per week, depending on project needs.
