Job Overview
EETech is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our remote team in the Philippines. This role is responsible for overseeing complex technical projects from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development projects, system integrations, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution:
_ Develop technical project roadmaps, including sprint planning, milestones, and resource allocation.
_ Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope and requirements.
_ Ensure timely execution of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes from ideation to deployment.
_ Technical Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
_ Serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.
_ Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure feasibility.
_ Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Agile & Process Optimization:
_ Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to improve team efficiency.
_ Identify bottlenecks in workflows and optimize processes for continuous delivery and deployment.
_ Drive automation and tooling improvements where necessary.

• Risk & Quality Management:
_ Anticipate and mitigate risks related to project scope, dependencies, and technical debt.
_ Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and system stability.
_ Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and compliance.

• Documentation & Reporting:
_ Maintain accurate technical documentation, project plans, and sprint reports.
_ Provide senior leadership with data-driven insights on project progress and performance.

Qualifications
• Education & Experience:
_ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
_ 3+ years experience in technical project management within software development, SaaS, or digital solutions industries.

• Technical Skills:
_ Strong understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and APIs.
_ Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, ClickUp).
_ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and DevOps practices.
_ Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their implementation.

• Soft Skills:
_ Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
_ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with an ability to navigate ambiguity.
_ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fully remote environment.

• Certifications (Preferred but not required):
_ PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certifications.
