About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team.
In this role, you will lead customer implementation projects, drive operational coordination, and ensure structured delivery across engagements.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve consistency, scalability, and reporting visibility, while keeping customer success at the center of everything you do.
This is a permanent work?from?home position, requiring strong remote collaboration and self?management skills.
What You'll Do:
Manage multiple customer implementation projects of varying complexity.
Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure delivery continuity.
Align Statements of Work (SOWs) with customer requirements and agreed deliverables.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Engineering, Finance, and Partner Success teams.
Contribute to process improvements and adoption of operational standards.
Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Mentor tea
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, professional services, or technical delivery.
Strong background in customer?facing implementation projects.
Familiarity with cloud security or enterprise IT environments preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and reporting dashboards.
