JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst serves as the bridge between
business operations and technology teams. This role is responsible for gathering and
documenting requirements, reviewing technical solutions, validating workflows,
coordinating project activities, ensuring timely communication, and performing quality
reviews before deliverables are presented to leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of
holding teams accountable while ensuring projects align with business objectives and
operational requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
Project Management
* Manage multiple technology and operational projects simultaneously.
* Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities.
* Track tasks through Jira, GitHub, ticketing systems, and other project management
platforms.
* Conduct regular project status meetings and provide leadership updates.
* Escalate risks, delays, and resource constraints as needed.
Business Analysis
* Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
* Translate business needs into actionable requirements for developers and technical
teams.
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
* Validate that proposed solutions meet operational and client requirements.
Quality Assurance & Deliverable Review
* Review all designs, workflows, reports, dashboards, and technical deliverables before
submission to leadership.
* Ensure solutions are fully tested and documented prior to deployment.
* Verify functionality against approved requirements.
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential issues before release.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and document results.
Communication & Accountability * Monitor project communications and ensure timely responses from team members. * Follow up on outstanding action items and commitments. * Maintain meeting notes, decisions, and project documentation. * Prepare executive summaries and leadership presentations. * Ensure stakeholders receive regular project status updates. Process Improvement * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Create documentation standards for workflows, requirements, and project management. * Implement best practices for project governance and change management. * Establish quality control checkpoints for all technology initiatives. Qualifications Required * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or technology operations. * Experience working with software development teams. * Strong understanding of workflow design and business process improvement. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Advanced organizational and documentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred * PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar certification. * Experience with Jira, GitHub, Confluence, and ticketing systems. * Experience supporting operational and client-facing technology projects. * Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Experience with process automation initiatives.
