The Opportunity
EETech is a growing systems integrator with our own proprietary commerce technology. We are currently hiring two Senior Technical Project Managers to join our overseas team. Our development environment is highly mature, featuring strong, autonomous developers and excellent architects. Because our technical team operates with a high degree of independence, this role is not about micromanagement. Instead, we are looking for professionals who excel at meticulous tracking, capacity visibility, and clear reporting. We are currently managing resources between Azure Boards and
health.
You will be stepping into two main roles,
? Track 1: Client Implementations, managing the pipeline of third party software integrations and standard digital presence projects.
? Track 2: Core Platform and Launches, managing the internal development roadmap for our proprietary EETech Commerce software, alongside managing the specific client projects launching on that platform.
Key Responsibilities
Visibility and Tracking
? Maintain absolute data integrity within Azure Boards and
? Build and maintain capacity planning trackers to forecast developer bandwidth and prevent bottlenecks.
? Generate clear, concise weekly status reports for the US Client Solutions team and the VP.
Agile Facilitation and Unblocking
? Facilitate standard Agile ceremonies, such as stand ups and sprint planning, with the goal of overall project alignment.
? Act as the ultimate unblocker, tracking down pending assets from clients or answers from architects so developers can focus entirely on coding.
Cross Functional Coordination
? For the Client Implementations track, ensure third party tech integrations map perfectly to the Statement of Work signed by the US Success Leads.
? For the Core Platform track, balance the competing priorities of internal platform upgrades, requested by the architects, against custom feature requests needed for upcoming client launches.
Client Engagement & Communication
? Engage directly with clients as needed to gather requirements, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects moving forward
? Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into plain English
? Represent the project team professionally in client-facing interactions and ensure a positive, solutions-oriented experience
Required Qualifications
? 4+ years of Technical Project Management in software development.
? Proven experience managing capacity and resource planning in a matrix environment, specifically handling shared technical resources across implementations, maintenance, and internal SaaS projects.
? Highly organized with a proven ability to build manual capacity trackers in tools like Excel or
? Ability to understand web architecture enough to comprehend what our senior developers and architects are building, and translate that into plain English updates for US stakeholders.
? Experience thriving in an environment where you are trusted to manage the process while letting the engineers manage the code.
? Deep expertise in Azure DevOps, specifically Azure Boards, and modern tracking tools like
