Technical Project Manager

Mintleads is a B2B Lead generation service in the United States. We are looking for a full-time contracted Technical Project Manager in the Philippines that can assist our United States and Philippines teams. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work alongside the Director of Operations and be responsible for streamlining the core business processes for customer fulfillment.

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and improve performance on our current dashboarding system (Google Sheets)
- Automate and improve workflows in Google Sheets
- Generate automatic reports on key operations processes (Google Sheets + Zapier)
- Write python scripts to automate workflows using the APIs of our current tech stack - Google Sheets, Instantly.ai, Apollo.io, Million Verifier

Qualifications
- Proficient or expert in written and spoken English
- Experience with advanced Excel formulas (Importrange, Array formulas, and Query, along with basics like vlookup)
- University Degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related Field
- 2+ year professional experience in operations, consulting, or similar
- Proficiency with Python
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G-Suite, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
- A creative, analytical person who can identify anomalies in data and takes action appropriately to ensure a best-in-class experience for either our client, future clients, or internal team, depending on the project and data set
- Self-starter eager to drive their own change
- Hunger for more responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with other business units


Salary Transparency
We are looking to hire an individual starting at $7 USD/hour. The position is 40 hours per week and is considered full-time.

We will not be offering benefits/healthcare since this is a contracted position.
