We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the coordination of custom software, CRM, automation, and website projects.
• Maintaining project plans, priorities, timelines, and next steps across multiple active client projects.
• Tracking project progress and following up with tea
• Preparing project status updates and summaries for management.
• Identifying projects that are falling behind schedule or require management attention.
• Attending internal and client meetings and documenting requirements, decisions, action items, assumptions, open questions, and next steps.
• Assisting with the preparation of project briefs, specifications, and Jira tasks based on client meetings,
• Converting meeting notes,
• Identifying missing requirements, open questions, and potential project risks.
• Assisting with light review of completed work against documented requirements when needed.
• Helping maintain project documentation, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Supporting communication and coordination between Operations, Engineering, and client-facing staff.
• Helping ensure that no client project falls through the cracks as the company continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many moving pieces simultaneously. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required. Experience working with software development, website projects, CRM systems, Jira, project management tools, or technical teams is preferred but not required.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, keeping projects organized, tracking follow-up items, documenting requirements, and helping teams stay aligned and on schedule.
