We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented operator to help support our outbound
This role is not a traditional marketing role. It is more technical and operational. You will be working inside spreadsheets, cold
The right person is organized, careful, comfortable following SOPs, and able to handle repetitive technical tasks without missing small details.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for helping with:
Campaign Data Preparation
Preparing lead lists and spreadsheets for outbound
Cleaning, organizing, and formatting CSV files
Checking columns, merge tags, company names, titles, websites, and other lead data
Removing bad records, duplicates, and incomplete contacts
Preparing campaign upload files for cold
Making sure data is properly segmented by industry, geography, title, company type, or campaign angle
QA’ing lists before campaigns go live
Cold
Uploading leads into outbound platforms
Setting up campaigns based on provided copy and instructions
Adding spintax, variables, and personalization fields
Checking
Making sure sending schedules, limits, and campaign settings are correct
Testing campaigns before launch
Monitoring basic campaign health and flagging issues
Infrastructure Setup
Helping set up domains, inboxes, and sending accounts
Logging into domain registrars, DNS platforms,
Updating DNS records such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and tracking records
Following step-by-step infrastructure setup SOPs
Making sure each inbox/domain is configured correctly
Tracking setup progress in spreadsheets or project management tools
Checking that accounts are connected properly across platforms
Account & Tool Management
Working inside platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Instantly, Smartlead,
Managing login credentials securely through password management tools
Keeping setup documentation updated
Reporting blockers clearly when something does not work
Following checklists carefully and completing tasks on time
Requirements
You do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be comfortable with technical tools.
The ideal candidate has:
Strong attention to detail
Experience working with spreadsheets and CSV files
Comfort logging into different platforms and changing settings
Ability to follow technical SOPs exactly
Basic understanding of DNS, domains, inboxes, or
Comfort learning new tools quickly
Strong written communication
Ability to stay organized while managing many small tasks
Patience for repetitive setup and QA work
A low-ego, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with cold
Experience setting up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes
Experience updating DNS records
Experience with lead list cleaning, enrichment, or campaign uploads
Experience in a marketing agency, sales ops, RevOps, or outbound operations role
Understanding of
