We are preparing for the relaunch of a growing online gaming platform and are looking for a highly motivated Community, Operations, and Technical Support Manager to help support day-to-day operations, community growth, customer support, outreach, and platform improvements.
This is a hybrid role that combines community management, business operations, customer support, and light web development. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, improving systems, and helping build a platform from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Community Management
Manage and moderate our
Welcome and assist new members
Answer questions and provide support
Encourage engagement and community growth
Help organize events, contests, and promotions
Customer Support
Respond to user inquiries and support requests
Assist community owners with platform features and tools
Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when necessary
Follow up with users to ensure a positive experience
Outreach & Growth
Contact gaming communities and server owners
Help onboard new communities to the platform
Build relationships with partners and influencers
Assist with growth initiatives and promotional campaigns
Support
Content & Marketing Support
Create and schedule social media content
Assist with newsletters and
Help write announcements, updates, and community posts
Coordinate promotional opportunities and partnerships
Platform Operations
Update platform content and listings
Monitor platform activity and reports
Maintain internal documentation and procedures
Assist with project coordination and task management
Help identify areas for improvement across the platform
Technical Support & Development
Test new features and report bugs
Work closely with leadership to improve the platform
Assist with website maintenance and troubleshooting
Submit and track GitHub issues
Push approved changes through GitHub
Help maintain documentation and technical processes
Make small improvements and fixes within an existing PHP codebase
Assist with quality assurance and feature testing before releases
Requirements
Excellent written English
Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience managing
Customer support experience
Social media management experience

MySQL or MariaDB experience
GitHub experience
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
Linux server experience
Familiarity with website administration and troubleshooting
What We're Looking For
We are not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks.
We are looking for someone who wants to become a key part of a growing company and help build something long-term. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats and can contribute across community management, operations, customer support, outreach, and technical projects.
Some days may involve helping users, managing the community, and coordinating outreach efforts. Other days may involve testing new features, improving documentation, troubleshooting issues, pushing updates through GitHub, and helping improve the platform itself.
You do not need to be a senior developer, but you should be comfortable working with an existing PHP application, understanding how web platforms operate, and collaborating with technical tea
