About the Company
We are a U.S.-based intake and client acquisition network operating in the legal and performance marketing space. Our team works closely with law firms, publishers, and operational partners to manage lead flow, intake operations, compliance, and client onboarding across multiple markets.
We are currently expanding our technical operations team and looking for someone who understands both the technical infrastructure side and the operational logic behind lead generation and intake systems.
About the Role
Technical Operations Manager – Intake Infrastructure, Compliance & Automation
This is not a basic admin or “button-clicking” role. We are looking for someone who understands how systems connect, how lead routing works, how compliance infrastructure is built, and how to troubleshoot operational issues across multiple platforms.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing the infrastructure that powers our intake and lead distribution operations.
Core Responsibilities
• LeadConduit setup and management
• TrustedForm / Jornaya compliance workflows
• Publisher onboarding and routing setup
• Postbacks, webhooks, and API integrations
• Call tracking setup and routing logic
• CRM automations and workflow configuration
• QA and compliance systems
• Rejection reason management and troubleshooting
• Intake infrastructure support and optimization
• Vendor troubleshooting and operational support
• Documentation and SOP creation
• Monitoring lead flow and identifying operational issues
Core Qualifications
• Experience with LeadConduit or similar lead routing platforms
• Understanding of TrustedForm, Jornaya, and compliance workflows
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and automation logic
• Familiarity with call tracking systems such as Retreaver, Ringba, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and automations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Experience in legal, MVA, ACA, insurance, or pay-per-call verticals
• Experience working with affiliate networks or publishers
• Familiarity with TCPA compliance workflows
• Experience with intake or call center operations
• Experience with HighLevel, Twilio, Aircall, Salesforce, or similar systems
