Technical Lead

Position Highlights
We are operating a fast-growing online platform and are seeking a Technical Lead who can stabilize system architecture, guide the development team, and personally handle critical technical issues.

The project is already live and growing rapidly. You will be responsible for:

*Overall system stability
*Technical direction and planning
*Code quality and architecture optimization
*Leading an existing development team (3–5 members)
*Developing key modules and troubleshooting issues

This is a core role with significant room for growth, and you will directly influence the future success of the project.

Main Responsibilities
1?? System Maintenance & Stability
Take full responsibility for the platform’s overall technical stability
Quickly identify and resolve system bugs, latency, crashes, and other issues
Optimize database and API performance
Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

2?? Technical Architecture Planning
Evaluate the current system architecture and propose optimization plans
Design scalable backend structures
Define technical standards and coding guidelines

3?? Team Leadership
Mentor junior developers
Assign tasks and conduct code reviews
Plan development cycles and ensure high-quality delivery

4?? Testing & Deployment Process
Set up a staging/testing environment
Establish deployment processes that do not affect the production environment
Ensure safe and stable version releases

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
*5+ years of backend development experience
*Proficient in PHP/Laravel or Node.js (at least one)
*Strong knowledge of MySQL database optimization
*Familiar with APIs, queues, and caching mechanisms
*Ability to handle high-concurrency and performance pressure
*Team leadership experience (managed at least 2 people)
*Ability to independently analyze system architecture and propose actionable solutions

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
*Experience in gambling, gaming, or payment systems
*System architecture design experience
*Front-end skills (Vue / React)
*DevOps, server deployment, and CI/CD experience
*Good English communication skills
