JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist with expertise in electrical or mechanical systems, particularly in flow control products, coupled with a strong background in ecommerce customer service.

The ideal candidate will proficiently handle customer inquiries and support tasks through live chat, phone, and email, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for products such as valves and pumps.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, processing and quoting orders using BigCommerce, and collaborating with technical teams to promptly resolve customer issues. The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a stable internet connection, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric mindset and strong technical acumen are essential to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in our product offerings and services. Part time or different hours may be an option.
