Technical CoFounder - Mobile App Startup

Looking for technical cofounder to develop a new Social Network mobile app using Flutter and dartcode, implementing/utilizing ELO, Glicko2 or other ranking rating systems into the app. This is a startup company and the candidate we are looking for is someone who is creative, willing to make big sacrifices for a year to build something huge and revolutionary. A cofounder who have the discipline and passion to break through any barriers or challenges. A cofounder with big vision and optimistic mindset, strong work ethic and logical approach. Above all, who have faith in God. Preferably someone who have years of mobile development experience, but open to new and aspiring developers with big ideas to offer on the table.
