Technical AI Outreach & Deliverability Operator (Part-Time / Contract)

## Role Overview
We are running an AI-powered outbound sales system that handles lead generation, email sequencing, and reply classification automatically.

We are looking for a **technical operator** to own the **backend reliability, deliverability, and system health** of this machine.

This role supports our Campaign Operator (VA) and ensures the AI system runs cleanly, safely, and at scale.

This is **not** a sales role and **not** a VA role.

It is a **technical execution and troubleshooting role**.

## Main Responsibilities

- Set up and maintain email sending domains
- Manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Warm inboxes and rotate accounts
- Monitor bounce rates and spam issues
- Fix technical sending or platform issues
- Support lead scoring and filtering rules (technical side only)

## Required Skills

- Proven cold email deliverability experience
- Strong knowledge of email infrastructure
- Experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot independently

## Time & Setup

- Part-time / contract
- ~5–10 hours per week
- Long-term if results are strong
