Role Overview:

We are seeking an Intermediate-level, systems-minded Tech VA to manage account operations and drive client cold email campaigns. This is a results-oriented contract role focused on the end-to-end execution of outbound campaigns. You will be responsible for setting up email technical setups, managing client accounts, and ensuring campaigns are fully optimized for maximum deliverability and engagement.

Main Responsibilities & Day-to-Day:

Launch, monitor, and manage client cold email campaigns entirely.
Proactively optimize email infrastructure and settings to maintain high deliverability and campaign performance.
Coordinate daily outreach workflows using Slack, Google Suite, and internal project management tools to keep all client deliverables on track.

Essential Qualifications (The Must-Haves):

Solid experience handling cold email copy mechanics and overall campaign setup.
Proven ability to manage multi-step email sequences, list cleaning, and regular tracking.
Strong written and verbal English skills, with a process-oriented mindset and a strong willingness to learn new systems.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):

Familiarity or a basic understanding of AI tools used in outbound workflows.
Prior experience working with Slack, Google Suite, and cold email platforms.

KPIs & Success Metrics:

Successfully launching new client email campaigns without technical delays.
Maintaining successfully optimized, stable, and high-performing cold email campaigns.
