Role Overview

We're searching for a dedicated Tech VA (Tech Virtual Assistant) to support our tech team. In this role, you'll get hands-on experience with various technologies and processes, including helping with our CRM platform (HubSpot), assisting with simple automations, and supporting web updates. This is an entry-level position where we'll provide full training on everything you need to know. You'll have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within an innovative tech environment.

Responsibilities

Support CRM Tasks: Help with managing our CRM (HubSpot), including entering data, keeping information organized, and supporting basic workflow setups.
Assist with Automations: Learn to assist in creating and managing simple automations to help our internal operations run more smoothly.
Web Asset Support: Learn to help manage and update web assets, including WordPress sites, to ensure they're user-friendly and up-to-date.
Technical Assistance: Work alongside our tech team to help identify and resolve minor technical issues.
Project Coordination: Assist in keeping track of project progress and providing updates to the team.

Qualifications

Eager to Learn: A strong interest in technology and a genuine desire to learn new software, systems, and processes.
Great Listener & Follows Directions: Excellent at understanding and following instructions carefully.
Team Player: Open to collaborating with a supportive team and contributing to a positive work environment.
Reliable Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills, with a proactive approach to asking questions and providing updates.
Comfortable with Remote Work: Able to work effectively from home and align your working hours closely with US time zones.
