Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases.
Guide users on product features and best practices.
Create videos to help customers
Contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Requirements:

Experience in SaaS support or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Understand how to use ZenDesk
