Tech Sales Advisor (WFH – Philippines)
Full-Time | US Hours | BPO/Telco Sales | Long-Term Role

This is a full-time, long-term WFH position with performance-based growth.
Role Overview
You will assist small and medium businesses with their internet, phone, TV, and mobility service needs using our Advisor Playbook, structured sales framework, and escalation system.
This is a consultative sales role, not a hard-sell call center job.
Responsibilities
Handle outbound & inbound calls
Qualify business needs and recommend solutions
Follow scripts, frameworks, and escalation paths
Update CRM notes accurately
Meet weekly KPIs (quality, conversions, professionalism)
Ideal Candidate
Experience in BPO, telco, sales, or SDR — witty, quick thinking, and conversational (not transactional)
Strong English communication
Comfortable explaining internet/phone/mobile services
Coachable, positive, and professional
Stable WFH setup
Able to work US business hours
Required Qualifications:
Proven Outbound Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of recent, dedicated outbound sales experience.
You must be comfortable generating your own
Elite Dial Capacity:
Demonstrated experience maintaining a high-velocity output of 200–300 outbound calls per shift. You should be a "power user" of automated dialing technology.
Work Setup Requirements
Reliable high-speed internet (at least 200mbps)
Backup connection (preferred)
Noise-cancelling headset
Laptop/desktop capable of video calls
Quiet, professional workspace(a must)
Compensation & Benefits
$650–$700/month Starting (based on experience) subject to increase depending on tenure and performance.
Performance-based pay increases
Weekly bonuses/Unlimited Sales commission
Possible 13th month pay (performance & tenure-based)
