Backend Developer — Node.js, Python, PHP/Laravel, Java, Go, Ruby
Full Stack Developer
QA / Test Engineer — Manual or Automation (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Jest)
IT Support / Helpdesk — Tier 1, 2, or 3
DevOps / Cloud Engineer — AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Data Analyst / Engineer — SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, dbt
AI / ML Engineer — TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2+ years of professional experience in your specific discipline
Strong English — you will collaborate directly with international teams and clients
Portfolio, GitHub profile, or samples of your actual work (required)
Experience with remote work tools: Slack, Jira, Linear, Notion, GitHub
Reliable internet, own equipment, flexibility for US or AU hours

BONUS POINTS FOR
Enterprise systems experience: Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Workday
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
AI-assisted development workflow (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
Startup or agency background — you know how to move fast and own your work
