OmniClose.ai is looking for logical, rigorous, and motivated profiles to set up and maintain the tools, automations, and technical systems of our clients.

This role is ideal for people who can solve problems, structure workflows, and use artificial intelligence to work more efficiently.
Candidates without experience may still apply and will be trained.

Recruitment process

Step 1 — Required video
Each candidate must send a 10 to 15 minute introduction video.

In the video, please explain:

your level of French and English, if applicable

Step 2 — Case study
Shortlisted candidates will complete a fictional case study.

You will need to:

connect two tools
create a simple automation
organize a workflow
show your technical logic
explain how you would use AI to work faster and better

Step 3 — Integration
Successful candidates will join OmniClose.ai and be trained according to their level.
Candidates without experience will start with a learning phase before being activated on clients.
