Job Title:
Part-Time Tech & Client Onboarding VA (GoHighLevel + Marketing Automations)

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing marketing agency that helps schools and coaches grow their enrollments and revenue using Facebook ads, funnels, and automation. We’re looking for a part-time tech-savvy VA to manage client onboarding, CRM setup, and marketing automations.

This is a 20 hours per week role to start, with the opportunity to grow into full-time once we have the volume.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients (email/Zoom/chat).

Set up GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, workflows, and automations.

Connect integrations (Zapier, forms, calendars, email/SMS).

Assist with funnel and landing page edits.

Test and quality check all systems before launch.

Document processes and checklists for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

Strong GoHighLevel skills (pipelines, triggers, automations, calendars).

Experience with Zapier and CRM integrations.

Good English communication for client interaction.

Detail-oriented and process-driven.

Available for at least 2–3 hours overlap with US Eastern Time.

Compensation:

$450–$600/month for part-time (20 hrs/week), depending on experience.

Bonuses for fast, high-quality delivery.
