We're a very high-performing marketing agency for local service businesses. Our ads work — clients get leads at industry-beating costs. We're hiring the person who makes sure that value is delivered, communicated, and felt — and that our delivery team hits the mark every week.
What you'll own:
Run kickoff calls with new clients — set clear expectations and the success scoreboard up front
Run a weekly check-in with each client: walk their numbers, hold them accountable to working their leads, keep results visible
Manage the delivery team (paid ads, CRM/website, video) — make sure what we ship matches what the client asked for, on time
Update each client's health status (Red/Yellow/Green) weekly; flag at-risk clients before they cancel
Keep every client's history in one clean timeline in our system — no detail lost in chat threads
Send a weekly 1-page (or short Loom) scoreboard to each client
You're a fit if you:
Speak and write clear, professional, native-level English — you're on camera and on calls with US business owners daily
Understand digital marketing (leads, cost-per-lead, CRM/GoHighLevel, follow-up) — you don't run the ads, but you speak the language fluently and can tell when delivery is off
Can look at an account, find the problem, and confront it kindly — to the client ("you're not calling your leads — let's fix that") and to the team ("this missed what the client asked for")
Are organized, proactive, and reliable on a recurring weekly schedule — you chase people, they don't chase you
Bonus: agency or GoHighLevel experience; comfortable on camera for Looms; has managed a small remote team.
