About the Brand
We’re an emerging men’s streetwear label focused on bold identity, clean execution, and culture-led design. From statement graphics to elevated basics, we create pieces that speak for themselves. As we scale our brand, we’re looking for a multi-skilled designer who can own both graphic and garment design — shaping each drop from concept to final product.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for designing entire collections, from the garment silhouettes to the graphics that bring them to life. This includes creating mockups, tech packs, placement prints, branding elements, and collaborating on everything from packaging to launch visuals. You must be confident designing for the modern male consumer — blending function, fashion, and visual edge.
Responsibilities
Clothing & Collection Design
Design seasonal streetwear collections (including basics and statement pieces)
Sketch garments, create mockups, and prepare spec/tech packs for production
Select fabrics, trims, and finishes aligned with brand quality and style
Work with manufacturers on sample development, revisions, and sizing
Ensure collections reflect current and upcoming trends in men’s streetwear
Graphic & Branding Design
Design garment graphics (logos, placements, typography, illustrations)
Develop assets for lookbooks, campaigns, social media, and packaging
Create visual branding elements including tags, labels, stickers, and signage
Translate drop themes or moods into strong graphic storytelling
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the founder on brand direction and capsule planning
Collaborate with photographers or content creators on visual execution
Support production team with detailed, manufacturer-ready files
Requirements
Portfolio showcasing both fashion design and graphic work in streetwear or lifestyle apparel
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and either Procreate or CLO3D
Understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, and fit development
Experience creating tech packs and communicating with manufacturers
Up-to-date with men’s fashion, music, subcultures, and streetwear trends
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
Bonus: Experience with sustainable design or direct-to-consumer fashion brands
