Talent Researcher

Job Description:
- We're looking for someone who enjoys researching and discovering content creators online. Your main responsibility will be finding high-quality UGC creators across social media, organizing their information, and helping build a strong pipeline of creators for our eCommerce brands.

- If you're detail-oriented, enjoy scrolling through social media with purpose, and know how to spot engaging creators, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Find qualified UGC creators on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Research creator profiles and evaluate the quality of their content
- Collect creator contact information
- Keep creator databases and spreadsheets organized and up to date
- Suggest potential ad concepts, hooks, or script angles based on each creator's content
- Maintain accurate records and consistently add new creators to the pipeline

What We're Looking For
- Experience sourcing creators, influencers, or qualified leads
- Strong online research skills
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel

Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing creators for eCommerce or DTC brands
- Understanding of direct-response marketing
- Familiarity with what makes a winning UGC ad
- Ability to identify creators with strong on-camera presence and storytelling skills
