Talent Research & Recruitment Virtual Assistant (SAP & Interim Management)

We are DeepBridge Advisory, a European recruitment and advisory company specializing in SAP Consultants, Interim CFOs, Heads of Controlling and Heads of Quality.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Research Assistant to help build and maintain our professional candidate database across Europe.

This is NOT a sales role.

This is a research, sourcing and database management role.

Responsibilities

* Research SAP Consultants across Europe using LinkedIn and other platforms
* Research Interim CFOs, Heads of Controlling and Heads of Quality
* Build and maintain candidate records in Zoho Recruit
* Upload and organize CVs
* Tag candidates by country, language, specialization and availability
* Update candidate information and maintain data quality
* Assist with candidate follow-up and administration
* Support the founder in building a world-class talent network

Skills Required

* Excellent English
* Strong attention to detail
* Internet research experience
* Data entry experience
* Spreadsheet experience
* Organized and reliable
* Ability to follow processes

Compensation

Starting salary: $2.98/hour

Performance reviews every 30 days.

Salary increases available based on performance.

Bonus opportunities when successful placements are made.
