Overview:
GG360 is seeking a Talent Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a smooth integration of new hires into our team. This remote role involves scheduling, equipment coordination, licensing verification, and regular communication with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinate onboarding logistics, including schedule and equipment setup for new hires.
-Ensure candidates have initiated or completed necessary licensing for different states.
-Conduct initial and follow-up check-ins with candidates at key milestones.
-Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
-Approve candidate resumes after conducting social media checks.
-Perform reference checks to validate candidate qualifications.

Requirements:
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, or a related field.
-Knowledge of remote interviewing techniques and US job market trends.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Willingness to be in an all-day zoom team environment.
