Role Overview

The Talent Manager is responsible for managing and growing Vitafluencers’ roster of creators. You’ll act as the direct representative for managed influencers—driving new opportunities, pitching them to brands, negotiating deals, and ensuring campaigns are successfully completed.

You’ll proactively generate opportunities through outbound outreach campaigns to brands and agencies, positioning managed talent for strategic partnerships and long-term growth. Alongside outbound efforts, you’ll manage inbound opportunities, evaluate their quality, and convert them into profitable partnerships.

You’ll also oversee and support the execution of creators’ campaigns from start to finish—ensuring deliverables, timelines, communication, and brand expectations are managed to a high standard.

Working closely with the Campaign Management Team, you’ll maintain quality control across active partnerships while providing exceptional service to both creators and brands.

This role is ideal for someone with strong negotiation skills, an eye for talent, commercial awareness, and the ability to balance creator advocacy with agency profitability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Representation & Roster Development
Act as the main point of contact for Vitafluencers’ managed talent.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with creators.
Scout, evaluate, and onboard new creators into the agency roster.
Identify high-potential creators aligned with current market demand and brand trends.
Develop long-term growth strategies for managed talent, aligning brand deals with their personal brand and audience.
2. Talent Pitching, Outbound Sales & Brand Outreach
Create and execute outbound outreach campaigns to pitch managed talent to brands and agencies.
Build and maintain pipelines of potential brand partners aligned with creator niches and audience demographics.
Craft compelling decks, emails, and positioning statements that highlight each creator’s unique value.
Proactively source partnership opportunities through networking, research, and industry trends.
Follow up consistently with prospective partners to convert outreach into paid campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine creator positioning and campaign angles.
3. Inbound Enquiries & Opportunity Management
Manage inbound campaign enquiries on behalf of talent.
Vet and qualify opportunities to ensure alignment with creator goals and agency standards.
Evaluate campaign budgets, timelines, deliverables, and partnership fit.
Prioritize and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain organized pipelines and records of active opportunities and conversations.
4. Negotiations & Contracts
Lead negotiations for creator partnerships and sponsorship deals.
Secure fair rates, strong commercial terms, and profitable outcomes for both talent and the agency.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts and campaign agreements.
Clearly communicate deliverables, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity clauses, and payment terms.
Maintain accurate records of deal terms, pricing benchmarks, and brand contacts.
5. Campaign Oversight & Talent Campaign Management
Oversee creator campaigns from negotiation through final delivery.
Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication between brands and talent.
Ensure creators fulfill campaign requirements to a high standard and on time.
Partner with the Campaign Management Team to ensure campaigns run smoothly from contract through completion.
Step in as needed to troubleshoot issues, clarify expectations, or maintain service quality.
Monitor campaign performance and gather insights to strengthen future pitches and renewals.
6. Relationship Management & Growth
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both creators and brands.
Provide regular feedback, support, and career development guidance to talent.
Deliver a high standard of communication and client service across all partnerships.
Identify upsell and repeat partnership opportunities for managed creators.
Contribute ideas and processes that improve talent operations and agency growth.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in talent management, influencer partnerships, creator representation, or influencer marketing.
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, or proactive brand outreach.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals and campaigns simultaneously.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creator advocacy and business profitability.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Existing relationships with influencer marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies.
Familiarity with talent contracts, campaign workflows, and influencer pricing models.
Experience creating talent pitch materials such as media kits, pitch decks, and case studies.
Understanding of CPM benchmarks, campaign metrics, audience analytics, and creator performance reporting.
Experience using influencer marketing platforms, CRMs, or outreach systems.
