T-Shirt Designer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented T-Shirt Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating high-quality apparel designs, mockups, and sales materials while leveraging emerging AI tools to streamline creative workflows.

?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design product mockups and place artwork on lifestyle photography for retail and marketing use
- Create sales sheets, signage, and print-ready art specimens
- Maintain and update the digital art library and product catalogs
- Contribute to newsletters and PowerPoint presentations
- Generate and manipulate artwork using AI tools for design enhancement and photographic substitution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- With 2-3 years experience in Graphic / T-shirt design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with design placement tools for apparel mockups
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and a willingness to adapt to emerging technologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing relevant design work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proactive learner with a strong interest in AI-enhanced design
- Experience working in a fast-paced, responsive, and quality-driven environment
