Systems & Microsoft 365 Engineer (Intune/MDM, SharePoint, Security)

About the role
We’re hiring a hands-on Systems & Microsoft 365 expert with deep capability across Intune/MDM, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 security, and automated device deployment. You’ll own tenant administration, endpoint management, security baselines, and modern workplace rollout standards across business environments.
Key responsibilities
Administer and optimise Microsoft 365 (tenant configuration, licensing, service health, governance)
Own Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager:
Device enrolment and lifecycle management (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android)
Compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines
App packaging and deployment (Win32/MSI/Microsoft Store), update rings
Implement MDM/Autopilot and automated provisioning:
Windows Autopilot profiles, ESP, device naming, standard builds
Zero-touch deployment and standardised onboarding/offboarding
Manage SharePoint Online and OneDrive governance:
Site architecture, permissions, sharing controls, retention
Information structure and best-practice collaboration setup
Secure and manage Entra ID (Azure AD):
MFA, Conditional Access, identity governance basics, SSO fundamentals
Microsoft 365 security management:
Secure configuration, audit logging, security hardening

Email/collaboration security policies (as applicable)
Troubleshoot escalations across identity, endpoint, SharePoint/Teams, and security
Produce clear documentation (SOPs, build standards, runbooks) and improve processes
Required experience / skills
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration in business environments
Deep hands-on expertise with Intune (MDM/MAM) and endpoint policy management
Proven experience with Windows Autopilot / automated deployments
Strong SharePoint Online administration skills (permissions, governance, structure)
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and best-practice tenant hardening
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Experience in MSP / multi-client environments (highly regarded)
Nice to have
PowerShell automation for M365/Intune
Microsoft Defender / Purview exposure
Certifications (MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, SC-400)
