Social Media Growth & Conversion Integrator

**Gig-to-Full-Time | Path to Department Head**

This starts as a **project-based / gig role** with a **clear path to becoming a full-time Department Head** for the right person.

I’m looking for a **high-level Social Media Growth & Conversion Integrator** — someone who knows how to turn **authority, reviews, and content into predictable inbound leads**, not vanity metrics.

Likes and views don’t move the needle here.
**Systems, conversion, and ownership do.**

### What’s Already in Place

* A strong personal brand with real-world credibility
* **High-volume Google My Business and Zillow reviews**
* Proven market trust and documented results

What’s missing is someone who can **architect, optimize, and scale the entire ecosystem** — and eventually **own it end-to-end**.

This is **not a posting VA role**.
This is **strategy + execution + systems + leadership**.

## Core Responsibilities

### Platform Optimization & Growth Systems

**YouTube (Primary Growth Engine)**

* Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords for search + intent
* Build TOF / MOF / BOF CTAs into every video
* Design high-conversion link and offer structure
* Turn long-form content into lead-generating assets

**Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook**

* Profile, bio, and positioning optimization
* Caption structure built for clarity, authority, and conversion
* Pinned posts and highlight strategy
* Platform-native execution (no copy-paste thinking)

### Reviews & Authority Leverage

* Convert **Google My Business reviews** into trust multipliers:

* Social proof content
* Conversion-focused CTAs
* Funnel reinforcement
* Repurpose **Zillow reviews** into:

* Short-form authority content
* Landing page and funnel assets
* Objection-handling messaging

### Funnels, Automation & CRM Integration

* Design and refine **Top / Middle / Bottom funnel systems**
* Audit and rebuild all **link flows** (bios, landing pages, forms)
* Ensure **every lead routes cleanly into Follow Up Boss**
* Set up tagging, sources, and automations for clean follow-up
* Improve lead quality through intent-based filtering
* Eliminate friction between content ? click ? conversation

### Brand Ownership & Leadership

* Maintain premium brand positioning across platforms
* Track performance and optimize using real data
* Bring creative ideas grounded in conversion and authority
* Build, document, and systemize repeatable processes
* Over time: **lead and scale this function as a department**

## Required Skills
* Advanced digital marketing fundamentals
* Strong **YouTube SEO and social platform optimization**
* Funnel strategy (TOF / MOF / BOF)
* Conversion-focused copywriting and formatting
* CRM and automation experience (**Follow Up Boss a major plus**)
* Analytical mindset with creative execution
* Strong written English
* Experience with **real estate or personal brands**
* Google My Business optimization
* Review-based marketing and social proof strategy
* Familiarity with Zapier, landing pages, or CRM automations
