Systems Engineer / Administrator (Level 1 & 2) – IT Managed Services

Our company is expanding, and we’re seeking dedicated IT professionals to join a supportive team where management truly values its employees! We are an IT Managed Services Provider looking for Level 1 and 2 Systems Engineers/Administrators. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, paid holidays, and yearly bonuses.

Location: US East Coast – Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday
Note: Only candidates with prior experience working these hours will be considered.

Requirements:

Mastery of English in speaking and writing
Minimum 3–6 years of IT experience at Level 1 or Level 2 support

Experience in:
Firewall administration (SonicWall and Ubiquiti experience a plus)
Backup solutions such as Datto or Axcient
Windows Server administration and migrations
Hyper-V virtual machine management
Advanced end-user support for escalated issues
Group Policy Management
Experience with ConnectWise Manage and RMM tools is ideal, but not required

Previous experience working EST hours
