Systems Engineer

We’re looking for a Systems Engineer II to join our crew of Level III Engineers and Architects at ECX. You’ll tackle a variety of tech challenges, support a diverse customer base, and grow your skills as fast as you can learn. If you love solving puzzles, have a knack for troubleshooting, and enjoy collaborating, this is for you! Work independently but with full team support.

Key Skills
Know your way around Operating Systems (Active Directory, Security, OS Internals)
Familiar with Networking (DNS, protocols, devices)
Experience with Microsoft 365, IIS, and Cloud Services
Basic SQL Server admin, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Bonus points: Exchange, SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or Azure experience

Qualifications
5–7 years in a customer-facing or support role, solving tech problems
3+ years in systems/network admin, IT, or similar roles
2+ years with:
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- DNS
- Microsoft 365
- Windows Workstations / MACs
Nice-to-have: BS in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
