Systems Administrator (IT & SaaS Stack) – Remote

JOB OVERVIEW
We’re hiring a high-level Systems Administrator to take full ownership of a fast-growing company’s entire IT and SaaS ecosystem.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role—ideal for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping systems secure, stable, and scalable.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

What You’ll Own
• Microsoft 365 (users, security, permissions, troubleshooting)
• SaaS tools (HubSpot, KEAP, Zoom, Zoho, AI tools, etc.)
• Identity & access management (onboarding/offboarding, MFA, SSO)
• VPNs, networks, and remote team support
• Backup systems & disaster recovery
• Tech documentation (SOPs, runbooks, system maps)
• Vendor coordination, tool evaluation and escalations

You’ll be the go-to IT expert for a remote team of ~50 people.

Must-Have Experience
• 5+ years in Systems Administration / IT (SMB environment)
• Advanced Microsoft 365 adminidtrtion
• Proven experience managing multiple SaaS platforms end-to-end
• Solid knowledge of security, access control, and networking
• Experience supporting remote teams
• Strong documentation and process-building skills

Tech & Infrastructure Requirements:To ensure a reliable remote setup:
• Intel i5 10th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 (or higher)
• Minimum 8GB RAM
• Device (laptop or PC) must be less than 3 years old
• Stable internet: 50–100 Mbps, with a backup connection
• Quality webcam, mic, and headset
