Your Main Job
Make the company run on:

Clear systems
Clear processes
Strong accountability

How This Role Works

Team gives input (10%)
You build and manage systems (80%)
Leadership approves (10%)

Your Responsibilities
1. Track Weekly To-Dos

Track all meeting to-dos
Complete system-related to-dos and process work
Delegate or push owners for execution work
Follow up until completed
Push owners to finish
Escalate only when needed
Only complete system-related to-dos. Do not complete operational tasks

? You track and push
? You do NOT do other people’s work

2. Fix Problems (Issues)

Log every problem
Find the real root cause
Talk 1-on-1 with the person involved

Ask:

Is the process clear?
Is the process correct?

Then:

Fix the system (not the person)
Write or update SOPs
Get approval
Track until resolved

3. Systems & Accountability (Process Focused)
You do NOT manage people.
You manage the system that holds people accountable.

Assume the system is the problem first
Track when processes are not followed
Track repeat issues
Look for patterns

Only escalate when:

Process is clear ?
Process is correct ?
Problem repeats ?

4. Find Gaps in Operations

Track unfinished jobs ? why
Track material runs ? why
Find patterns
Build system fixes to prevent repeat problems

5. Own All SOPs (Processes)

Write new processes
Fix broken ones
Keep everything updated

Run process reviews:

Is it still correct?
Is it being followed?

6. Build Quarterly Projects (Rocks)
You do most of the work here:

Plan
Organize
Build documents
Create systems

Team gives input and uses what you build.

7. Leadership Meetings

GM leads the meeting
IDS supports
You attend to support with:

8. Cross-Training Tracking

Flag risks
Push for coverage

Do NOT jump into operations
Do NOT “just fix it yourself”

Core Rule
If it helps today ? NO
If it fixes forever ? YES
