System Automation & AI Integration Specialist

We are looking for an executor of efficiency — someone who thrives on connecting systems, eliminating manual friction, and embedding AI-powered solutions into workflows. This high-demand role is focused on delivering significant Cycle Time Reduction (CTR) and error-proofing (Poka?Yoke) for our clients.

???? Your Mission (Key Deliverables)
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement robust, error-free automated workflows using Zapier and/or ---------- (required).
- AI Tool Integration: Connect AI tools (e.g., specialized GPTs, content generators, analytics engines) into client workflows (Slack, Email, CRM, project management platforms).
- Data Flow Architecture: Ensure clean, reliable data transfer between systems (e.g., payment platforms to CRMs) to eliminate integrity errors and reduce compliance risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Spot broken, manual processes and design the simplest, most effective automated fix.
