We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our growing swimming pool service company. You will be the voice of our business, helping homeowners maintain their backyard oases. The ideal candidate can handle high-volume inquiries with a smile and has a "get it done" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding service scheduling, equipment troubleshooting, and billing.
Service Coordination: Dispatch technicians and manage service routes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Technical Guidance: Assist customers with basic pool chemistry questions or common equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters).
Lead Management: Qualify incoming leads for new pool builds or major renovations and book consultations.
Follow-ups: Reach out to customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect reviews.

Required Qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years in the Pool & Spa industry. Know products and service. Able to sale items.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English. You must be able to explain technical concepts simply.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan) and VOIP systems (e.g., RingCentral or AirCall).
Problem Solver: You don't just report problems; you find solutions.
