? Assist Support in understanding platform logic and workflows
? Investigate, replicate, troubleshoot, and document technical issues
? Determine when an issue requires developer involvement
? Create well-defined internal bug reports or enhancement requests
? Track resolution progress and relay updates back to Support

? Support knowledgebase accuracy (articles, guides, troubleshooting steps)
