What You’ll Do
As a Support/DevOps Agent, you’ll be the first line of technical support for our global customers. You’ll resolve issues via
You’ll be handling tasks such as:
- Responding to support tickets (WHMCS &
- Troubleshooting hosting issues across applications and games
- Creating and updating documentation (internal & external)
- Escalating and collaborating with DevOps and SysAdmin teams
- Engaging with our community on
- Recommending process improvements and new ideas
What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect unicorns — just solid tech skills, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset. To succeed, you should have Linux command-line experience and at least two of the following specialties:
Game Server Hosting
- Experience with Pterodactyl
- Familiarity with: Minecraft, Terraria, ARK, CS:GO, Palworld, Satisfactory, Garry’s Mod
Application Hosting
- Comfort supporting: Plex, Jellyfin, Radarr, Sonarr, Deluge/qBittorrent, SABnzbd, NZBGet
Junior DevOps / Scripting
- Skills in: Docker, Bash, Python, Debian/Linux sysadmin tasks
Plus:
- Strong written and verbal English
- Calm under pressure, with a cool head for tough issues
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Reliable internet connection and self-discipline to work remotely
