Supply chain manager/fulfilment manager/control freak for shopify dropshipping store

I need a manager that ensures the dropshipping store runs smoothly, and ideally i need a control-freak. Check up on Invoices/COGS and order fulfillment for our Shopify dropshipping store. This person must be obsessed by having control and having a birds eye view of all the orders coming in, and ensuring they are fulfilled in a timely, correct and econmic way. You must know Shopify, Aliexpress, DS'ers. You need to have experience as we typically get 200 orders per day and you need to go through them all and source them together with assistance. its a simple but time-consuming job that requires many hours of work every day and you need to be concentrated. its not a job where you spend your day speaking with people, its a job you spend a lot doing on your own - concentrating finding products and ensuring things are correct

Every day we get a lot of orders for different products, and each morning there is an invoice from our supplier for each of these products from yesterday's orders:

Your job is to go through it and see that 1) we make money on each product, and 2) that the prices we get from our supplier are good. You will reference and check the prices to aliexpress suppliers to make sure of this. You will collaborate with a Filipino team.

In some cases our private supplier cannot ship some of the products, so we need to fulfill them on our own. In some cases we also want to fulfill them on our own through aliexpress because main supplier is more expensive.

You need to fulfill these orders via DS'ers+Aliexpress, and keep track of everything from day to day, that each order is fulfilled either by yourself or by the fulfillment partner.

Please tell me how you have managed and operated dropshipping stores in the past and tell me how you would structure everything to avoid confusion (using the document provided as example). We also do fashion, so sizes in EU/asia is different and we cater to european market.
You can imagine that some of these orders we (and by that I mean you ;) ) need to handle ourself through DS'ers.

This is a job that requires work throughout the whole week since the shop is always online - so its a demaning job but you will have help.
