Supply Chain Planner

Job description:
• Monthly re-forecast of demand by channel, including manual adjustments for seasonality.
• Analytical review of what has happened in the past.
• Review of open Purchase Orders and adjust based on new demand needs.
• Create new purchase orders.
• Review channel level requests for inventory.
• Review sell in and sell out for any wholesale channels.
• New product (Netsuite) set up and create demand plan(s) with a point of view.
• New vendor set up and negotiations.
• Cross-functional partnership to gain information to make business decisions.
• S&OP planning and deck creation/presentation.
• Confidently communicate and present progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.

Job Requirements:
• Available Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Pacific Standard Time
• Netsuite experience (req, 4+ years)
• Demand experience (2+ years)
• Purchasing experience (2+ years)
• Expiry experience (1+ years)
• Manufacturing experience (1+ years)
• Excel experience (pivot tables, index match, nested formulas – there will be a test)
• Wholesale experience (nice to have)
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
