Supply Chain & Operations Associate

About the role
At our company, we don’t run our own stores — we manage and support the stores of our (100+) merchants. As Supply Chain & Operations Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our operations run smoothly. From keeping track of unfulfilled orders to coordinating with suppliers and customer service, you’ll ensure our merchants’ stores are always under control.

What you’ll do
- Monitor and manage unfulfilled orders for multiple merchant stores
- Maintain clear communication with suppliers to secure timely deliveries
- Support customer service by ensuring smooth order handling and resolutions
- Keep processes consistent, reliable, and well-documented
