As our new Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—optimising our supply chain, leveling up product quality, and ensuring seamless inventory management so our customers get world-class products, every time.

You’ll be the engine behind our product excellence, from finding and negotiating with top-tier factories, to orchestrating branded packaging experiences, to proactively resolving any supplier hiccups before they reach our customers.

What You’ll Own
Sourcing & Supplier Negotiation
Proactively source high-quality, competitively priced products from trusted global suppliers and factories.
Request quotes, compare samples, and build lasting relationships with suppliers and agents.
Negotiate better payment terms, multi-brand discounts, and long-term perks that give GRW Brands the edge.
Inventory Management
Keep inventory lean, cash flow healthy, and shelves never empty.
Forecast stock needs based on real-time sales data and lead times—never overbuy, never run out.
Build smart systems to automate and visualize when and how much stock we need to reorder.
Product Quality & Customer Experience
Collaborate with customer support to gather feedback and continuously improve product quality.
Test products yourself, analyze customer journeys, and pinpoint where we can wow our customers even more.
Benchmark against industry leaders (not drop-shippers) to raise the bar on product experience.
Branding, Packaging & Unboxing Experience
Work with our design team to bring each brand’s personality to life through beautiful packaging and branding.
From thank-you cards to custom guides or scent pouches—create “wow”
Find smart ways to add perceived value without complicating products or inflating costs.
Supplier Performance Management
Monitor supplier performance, spot friction early, and take fast action to keep things running smoothly.
Be our eyes and ears across the supply chain—know where delays happen, why disputes arise, and how we fix them.
Ensure payment timelines are smooth and relationships stay strong.

Must-Haves
Experience managing eCommerce supply chains (especially with China-based suppliers)
Skilled in inventory forecasting, negotiation, and quality control
Comfortable working across ClickUp, Notion, and spreadsheets
Fluent English communication
Available 8am–5pm CET Mon–Fri (flexible within life needs, but available for key meetings)
